What VVollet is

VVollet is a personal budgeting app. It keeps track of the money, accounts and plans you enter, and works out an amount you can spend each day from them. It does not hold your money, connect to your bank or make payments for you.

Not financial advice

The figures VVollet shows, including balances, net worth and stock prices, are calculated from what you enter and from third-party price data. They can be incomplete or out of date. They are a guide to help you decide, not financial, investment or tax advice. Decisions about your money remain yours.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use VVollet.
• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password and tell us at support@safespend.app.

Fair use

Please don’t:

• try to access other people’s data or our systems in ways the app doesn’t offer;
• interfere with the service, overload it or reverse-engineer it to harm it;
• use VVollet for anything illegal, such as hiding the proceeds of crime.

If you do, we may suspend or close your account.

Your data

What you enter belongs to you. You allow us to store and process it only to run VVollet for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it or delete it at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep VVollet running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.

Liability

VVollet is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from decisions made using the app, from figures that were wrong because of the data entered or third-party prices, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using VVollet at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why when we can.
